I feel like uploading journals =P

Discovered an amazing Metal Opera!!

It's by Tobias Sammet's "Avantasia" and it's called "The Metal Opera" and it's in two parts. It tells a really good story about a monk called Gabriel who goes around burning witches, like you do, thinking he's doing the right thing, until he finds out that his stepsister is being accused! In order to help her, he reads a forbidden book and ....

Well it goes on obviously, but I don't want to spoil it. I'll give you a few key words to intrigue you some more.

An old Druid, Tree of Knowledge, Rome, Pope, the Tower, elves, dwarves and of course, the magical world of Avantasia.

What are you doing? Go listen. Now!!

Tobias is also lead singer of "Edguy", Avantasia is a solo project of his,.....go listen to them as well!!

  • Mood: Big Grin
  • Listening to: Farewell
  • Reading: notes
  • Watching: nowt. I don't have time.
